**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Preparing and Serving Drinks**:

- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Crafting classic cocktails and potentially creating signature drinks.
- Pouring beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Garnishing drinks and ensuring proper presentation.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Ensuring responsible alcohol service.
- **Bar Maintenance**:

- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Stocking and replenishing bar supplies.
- Cleaning glassware and equipment.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- **Cash Handling and Transactions**:

- Operating cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Processing payments and providing accurate change.
- Balancing the cash drawer.
