**What you'll do**:
Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Continuous Improvement Expert to join our dynamic team.

As ECS Global Business Transformation Office, we ensure that the ECS organization is and will be optimized to deliver on our purpose. We are the catalyst of the ECS transformation, propelling the ECS team forward at a new speed and instilling a new culture of delivery. We identify and capture value, change the metabolic rate of the organization and set new rules of engagement.

Your role will be pivotal in driving the future success of the ECS team, ensuring consistency in quality, enhancing customer value, and elevating our overall organizational improvement capabilities.

**The Role**:
As Continuous Improvement Expert, you will lead strategic projects across business units to drive customer value. You are responsible to drive continuous improvement mindset into the organization's DNA through training and mentoring teams on lean concepts and tools. You will work with leadership team to agree on strategic priorities, setup improvement projects and work with teams to enhance process efficiency, elevate quality standards, and accelerate operations.

You thrive in ambiguous situations while creating clarity for others and are comfortable working autonomously with high degree of self-drive.
- Experience and expertise in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies and tools (preference given to LSS Master Black Belt).
- A track record of driving 10+ medium to large improvement projects using LSS methods, resulting in direct and indirect value for customers, the business, and people.
- Knowledge of Service delivery, Operations, ITIL/ITSM processes
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, including impact assessment
- Experience in developing and implementing performance metrics, KPI's & dashboards.
