Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital landscape.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital platforms.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights and data-driven decisions.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to increase website visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Manage PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Develop ad copy, targeting strategies, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for relevance and efficiency, and provide regular performance reports.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Generate regular reports summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital marketing strategies for better results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
**Salary**: ₹9,558.87 - ₹41,292.73 per month
