2 Dip/BE Metallurgy with Minimum 5-8 Years's experience in investment Casting field.
- Supervise Melting Operations: Lead and manage the melting team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in the melting section of the foundry.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards, preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for team members to improve skills and ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including metal temperatures, furnace operations, and material usage. Prepare and submit reports as required
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
