Our mission is to provide cutting-edge skills and knowledge to students and professionals in the AR/VR field. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our efforts in connecting with prospective clients and students.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Reach out to potential students, professionals, and organizations to introduce our AR/VR programs.
- **Customer Engagement**: Handle incoming and outgoing calls to respond to inquiries about our courses, services, and benefits.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Maintain regular follow-up calls with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain records of prospective students and leads in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on course offerings, benefits, and any new developments in the AR/VR field to communicate effectively with prospects.
- **Schedule Appointments**: Coordinate with leads to schedule counseling sessions, demos, or calls with the academic team.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospects about our courses, services, and communication methods for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
