The responsibility of the printing supervisor is to strive to ensure that quality and refine standards are met and maintained while printing. To do this, they must be independent in their work and dynamically perform his/her duties to always meet the organization's manufacturing needs. The printing supervisor should be keen on detail and have an excellent visual sense. The supervisor must also have the ability to reduce downtime, increase quality, and improve the general work performance of the employee.

A high school diploma will get you hired as a print supervisor. However, you must also have people skills, the ability to solve print-related problems, great knowledge of print production, and a bachelor's degree. On average, you can earn up to $38 per hour as a printing supervisor.
