Supplier Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreements. Order Processing: Creating purchase orders, managing their lifecycle, and tracking delivery schedules. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, reordering supplies, and ensuring accurate inventory records. Problem Solving: Addressing issues related to deliveries, discrepancies, and supplier issues. Communication and Collaboration: Working with various departments, vendors, and internal teams to meet procurement needs. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of purchasing activities, pricing, and other relevant data.
