**Experience**: Minimum 2+ years as a Purchase and Store Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory & Store Management**:

- Maintain stock levels of solar materials and raw materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- **Vendor Coordination & Procurement**:

- Identify and communicate with vendors for purchasing solar materials.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- **Site Visits & Material Inspection**:

- Visit project sites to assess material requirements.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials received.
- Coordinate with site engineers for timely material dispatch.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and stock reports.
- Track material movement and update inventory software.
- Generate reports on stock levels, purchases, and usage.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure all materials meet company quality standards.
- Adhere to safety, storage, and compliance guidelines.
- **Cost Optimization & Waste Reduction**:

- Minimize material wastage and optimize procurement costs.
- Implement efficient storage and stock management techniques.
- **Team Coordination & Problem-Solving**:

- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and site teams.
- Address supply chain or vendor-related issues proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2+ years** of experience in **purchase and store management**.
- Knowledge of **solar materials** and procurement processes preferred.
- Strong **negotiation and vendor management** skills.
- Proficiency in **inventory management software** and **MS Excel**.
- Ability to handle **multiple projects** and ensure **timely deliveries**.
