We are looking for a young **Graphic Designer** who wants to work in the Niche space "Astrology" and has the ability to create a visual narrative for GenZ & millennials. There are no set rules or boundaries that you are limited to at Seetara for creativity. Individual should conceptualize campaigns and execute eye-catching and professional designs. With the desire to learn organizational and business values, they should be able to determine the requirements and produce exceptional work. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on - brand graphics for a variety of products and media. The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including Product packaging, Banners, Posters, Catalogs, layouts and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of product packaging, Branding, Exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see Them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to see your profile. You will be responsible for Offline branding & Communication. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. **Job Role**:Graphic Design Executive **Job Location**:Baner, Pune **Responsibilities** - Directly work with the team of designers to improve design standards and production efficiencies - Utilizing graphic software to develop and design new & innovative product packaging concepts. - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. - Amend designs after feedback. - Create prototypes of the packaging before production. - Ensure the creative meets the printing requirements. - Photo editing for E-commerce websites. - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. - Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. - Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. - Communicating with stakeholders about layout and design. - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Drive initiatives for the customer experience & strategies **Education**:Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related Certification in Content Writer will be added advantage **Expectations** ➔ Having Good exposure in Product packaging, Branding & printing essentials ➔ Problem-solving and idea generation ability, capabilities to accommodate inputs from stakeholders. ➔ Skills to create the outstanding and impactful visual design for all platform ➔ Ability to see the bigger picture and lead the vision for brand and Org objectives across all design principles. ➔ Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them in a simplistic and digestible way via design presentations.
