**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals, including increasing online visibility, engagement, and fundraising.

**Social Media Management**:Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn by creating and sharing relevant and engaging content.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Implement SEO strategies to improve the organization's search engine rankings and website visibility, driving organic traffic.

**Paid Advertising**: Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to increase brand awareness and drive donations.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor digital marketing analytics and performance metrics, track campaign results, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts.

**Community Engagement**:Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with our audience.

**Website Management**: Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring it remains user-friendly and up-to-date with current information.

**Crisis Management**: Handle sensitive or crisis situations on digital platforms with professionalism and in alignment with our organization's values.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field (certifications in digital marketing preferred).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive digital content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
- Creative mindset and the ability to develop visually appealing and effective digital assets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage with diverse audiences.
