**Responsibilities**
- Handling business development
- Sending proposals to clients
- Collecting Leads
- Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients and the media and answer enquiries from the media and other organisations
- Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients
- Collate and analyse media coverage
- Write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
- Maintain and update information on the organisation's website
- Manage and update information and engage with uses on social media sites such as Instagram and Facebook
- Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings
- Undertake research for new business proposals and present them to potential new clients
- Manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a communication or marketing role, with a focus on PR activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication management tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and similar platforms will be highly beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling messaging and effective communication plans
- Experience with media relations and other external communication channels
