**Job description**

1. Ensuring Availability of Mills, Fans, APH & other rotary equipment in BMD

2. Analyse rotating equipment using FFT, time-wave form, envelope spectrums, peak-Vue technology.

3. Ensuring Safety at Work for all preventive, corrective & breakdown maintenance.

4. Developing Preventive maintenance schedule & its timely compliance and ensuring PM, CM, CBM Compliance.

5. Development & revision of SMPs & checklists & its compliance

6. Conducting RCA for the failures & avoiding it repetition.

7. Monitoring & managing of spares availability, Controlling the spares consumption & Inventory-Spares cost within a located budget.

8. Identifying the areas for continuous improvement

9. Preparation and execution of debottlenecking projects.

10. Preparation of Ca preproposal and their execution

11. Five year rolling plan for AOH and COH with proper planning and resources to execute the same.

12. Align with maintenance activities so a s to achieve desired business output in SCC, APC, Availability

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
