**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- **Design training sessions**: Create engaging training sessions for individuals or groups, in-person or virtually
- **Develop training materials**: Create resources to support training sessions, including modules and handouts
- **Evaluate student progress**: Assess students' understanding and skill acquisition through assessments and exercises
- **Provide feedback**: Offer constructive feedback to help students improve
- **Stay up to date**: Keep current on Tally features and industry trends to improve course content
- **Collaborate with others**: Work with academic teams to ensure courses meet quality standards
- **Maintain records**: Keep track of training sessions, including student attendance, performance, and feedback
- **Prepare reports**: Prepare reports and documentation on training outcomes for management
- **Support employees**: Provide support and assistance to employees using Tally software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
