**Full job description** - **"We are urgently hiring for Visa Counsellor and Telecaller Executive for our immigration company."**_ - **Job Responsibilities of Visa Counsellor and Telecaller Executive : -**_ - Handle Customer's Inbound And Outbound Calls. - Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. - Fix Appointments For Counselors And Generate Walk-In. - Counselling all student walk in’s for available study options as per their respective profiles - To provide professional and high-quality counselling services to students who want to study abroad by informing them about available courses and career opportunities. - To counsel clients about student visa process requirements of countries like Canada, UK, Australia. - To explain about colleges and different courses. - To explain about college and embassy fee structure. - To deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake, assist with the execution of destination-specific activity calendars. - The Visa and Immigration Counselor must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents. - Assisting students from start to end of the entire admission process. - Handle visa filing and checking the authenticity of the documents provided. - Convert Leads To Admissions. - To follow up the clients for enrolments. - Follow-Up On The Leads Till Registration. - Coordinating With The Operations Department From Time To Time For The Student's Case Proceedings. - To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students. - Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. - Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. - Regularly meet the assigned individual and team targets. - **EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: - **_ - Up-to date knowledge of any changes to legislation. - Self-starter, self-motivated, quick learner with good inter-personal skills with an ability to work in a team. - Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets. - Knowledge regarding requirements of documents, filling procedures and answering inquiries from customers and resolve issues. - Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent Problem-Solving And Customer Service Skills. - Excellent command of spoken and written Punjabi, Hindi & English as well as the local language. - Pleasing personality. - Committed to work on long term. - Flexibility over working hours. **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Internet reimbursement - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 8968960939 **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Internet reimbursement - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred) **Education**: - Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Counselling: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
