Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Location: Live Kitchen Restaurant, Geetanjali Hospital, Udaipur, Rajasthan

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, guide, and motivate the restaurant service team
- Welcome guests and ensure exceptional customer service
- Take and manage orders, coordinate with kitchen & bar
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Supervisor in F&B
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems (preferred)
