To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Associate Operator -Effluent Treatment Plant within the Manufacturing team This position will be located at Viramgam.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

- Sound Knowledge of All Types of Rotating Equipment’s.
- To ensure all mechanical units in the factory function properly.
- Complete all tasks as assigned by the supervising manager.
- Coordinating work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments
- Have Broad Mechanical Knowledge.
- Have experience in Food & Pharmaceutical or Biological Manufacturing (Preferable).
- Comply with all safety norms and regulations of working.
- Complete all tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Following all standard operating procedures of working.
- Attending relevant training and development activities.
- Carry out routine engineering maintenance activities to manufacturing equipment and plant services, reactive maintenance, and turnaround activities.
- Assist the Supervisor with job timing, work scheduling, work instructions and job plans make recommendations to the Supervisor in relation to work practices, which could improve quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
- Manual plant operational duties as required.
- Installation, inspection, repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment and components Like Screw Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Centrifugal Pump, Axial Pump,Vaccume Pump, Centrifuge Machine, Grinder, Pinn Mill, Gulten Thickner Machine, Dryer Etc.
- Comfortable to work in Rotating Shift.
- Diagnosis of malfunctioning mechanical systems, equipment and components
- Regular maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and components.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as a Mechanical Fitter

Qualifications Minimum ITI Fitter Regular.
- NQF 4/ Trade Test Mechanical Fitter Qualification
- Rotating Equipment specific experience.
- Welder Cum Fitter will be Consider as Additional Advantage.

Skills:

- Using the tool control system correctly.
- Engineering standards and practices are maintained and that flight safety regulations are properly observed.
- Support technical, safety and other investigations when detailed.
- Support implementation of remedial action from investigations
- Contribute to business improvements initiatives.
- Maintain and repair mechanical plant machinery and equipment to approved operating standards.
- Identification of defective or worn mechanical components or equipment
- Repair/replacement of worn/faulty components or equipment and modifications.
- Adverse in the use of precision measuring instruments to check parts for accuracy and fit.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate technical procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain 5S in Work Area.
