**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver lectures and training on real estate fundamentals, sales operations, and field practices.
- Teach live online classes and conduct offline training sessions
- Develop course content, case studies, and student assignments.
- Mentor students on field readiness, ethical practices, and career development.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance LMS modules and assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7 years of real estate experience in sales, construction, or property management.
- **Mandatory: At least 3 years of prior teaching, training, or academic mentoring experience.**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
- Familiarity with current trends in the real estate industry.
