Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our team at Supersonics, a leading manufacturer of industrial component cleaning machines. As an AutoCAD Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our advanced cleaning equipment, tailored to the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and Design: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and schematics of industrial component cleaning machines using AutoCAD software. Interpret technical specifications, sketches, and design briefs to accurately represent product designs and configurations.

2. Product Development Support: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and plans. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and prototype testing to refine product designs and optimize performance.

3. Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including assembly drawings, part lists, and bill of materials (BOM), to support manufacturing, assembly, and installation processes. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of technical drawings and documentation to facilitate efficient production and quality control.

4. Modification and Revision: Update and revise existing drawings and documentation to reflect design changes, engineering updates, and customer requirements. Maintain organized files and records of all drawings and revisions to ensure version control and traceability.

5. Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy and integrity of drawings and designs before release for production. Conduct thorough checks and inspections to identify errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with design standards and specifications.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, technicians, and project managers, to coordinate design activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AutoCAD software updates, new features, and best practices to enhance drafting efficiency and productivity. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and optimization in drafting and design workflows.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with strong skills in 2D and 3D drafting, modeling, and detailing.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, technical drawing standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in creating and maintaining technical drawings and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges.
- Previous experience in industrial equipment design or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
