**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans that cater to the individual learning needs and pace of each student.
- Simplify complex Physics concepts and laws to ensure clarity and comprehension.
- Assist students in exam preparation, emphasizing core topics and problem-solving techniques.
- Track student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
- Help students develop analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and strong conceptual understanding in Physics.
- Offer effective strategies for mastering challenging topics, including exam tips, formulas, and time management techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and identify areas needing reinforcement.

**Requirements**:

- **Preferred location** - around **Pallavaram**.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Physics** or a related field.
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching high school students, specifically in Physics for grades 11 and 12.
- Strong grasp of the high school Physics curriculum, including board exam preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain difficult concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- A positive, patient, and motivating approach that inspires student confidence and academic progress.
- Ability to build rapport with students and tailor teaching strategies to suit different learning styles
