- Manage content calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's content strategy
- Daily Task Review: Begin each day by reviewing priority tasks and deadlines for content creation and SOP writing, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Research and Planning: Conduct in-depth research on study abroad programs, universities, and relevant topics to gather information for content creation. Develop outlines and plans for upcoming projects.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and effective content for various promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners, adhering to the organization's marketing strategy and branding guidelines.
- SOP Development: Craft compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for prospective international students, highlighting their academic background, aspirations, and motivations for studying abroad.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that content meets the desired objectives. Gather feedback and make revisions as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit content and SOP drafts for clarity, coherence, grammatical accuracy, and consistency, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple writing projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. Provide regular progress updates to the team and relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the video editing team to ensure that written content aligns with video materials and that all content is consistent across platforms.
- Professional Development: Dedicate time to continuous learning by reading industry publications, attending webinars, or participating in workshops to enhance writing skills and stay updated on trends in international student recruitment and higher education.
