**Role: - Career/ Resume Content Writer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and understand the job market to ensure resumes are tailored to the specific industry and ATS compliant.
- Create persuasive and visually appealing resumes and cover letters
- Use appropriate keywords to ensure resumes are optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in resume writing.
- Work with clients to understand their career goals and objectives
- Provide tips and advice to help them maximize their LinkedIn presence.
- Develop keyword-rich content that showcases clients’ education and work history
- Review and analyse LinkedIn profiles to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Edit and refine LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are engaging, professional, and aligned with industry standards.
- Craft compelling and concise summaries, headlines, and job descriptions to highlight professionals' accomplishments and expertise.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling clients' personal information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Resume Writer
- Excellent command of the English language (Written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
