Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Rourkela, Odisha

Company: Aquaguard Service Centre

Experience: 1- 3 years (Freshers can apply)

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Depending on experience) + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and new customers regarding Aquaguard services.

Handle customer inquiries related to installation, maintenance, and service requests.

Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain customer database and daily call reports.

Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and upsell service packages.

Handle basic complaints and escalate technical issues to service team.

**Requirements**:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or the local language; English is a plus.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

Patience and a customer-centric approach.

Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

Working Hours:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (May vary slightly based on location and service center hours)

Weekly Off: Sunday or as decided by the service center.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
