**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales.

**2. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Prospect and qualify new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products/services.

**3. Sales Execution**:

- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with customers to close sales.

**4. Market and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Stay informed about industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights.

**5. Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams regarding customer needs and preferences.

**7. Customer Service and Support**:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in a relevant industry or market segment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge**:

- Understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the industry/market and competitors.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Location**: Jiva Health Innovation
- **Type**: Full-time
- **Hours**: 9 Hrs
- **Reports to**: Sales Manager or Director of Sales

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
