Are you passionate about social media and savvy with digital trends? Shag Infotech is seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and optimize content for each platform.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events, driving traffic and increasing brand awareness.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management on campaign effectiveness and audience insights.
- **Trend Identification**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
