Overview:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to gain valuable experience as Quality Assurance Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assurance on all background reports according to FCRA and State Reporting
- Requirements, Client Guidelines, and HireRight Reporting Guidelines
- Review and approve background results for assigned products
- Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all reports by adhering to work assignment and TAT goals
- Maintain in-depth working knowledge of all guidelines and reporting processes
- Achieve individual accuracy and productivity goals in a high volume atmosphere
- Notify researchers of errors reported and respond to all inquiries received
- Provide timely follow-up and follow through on all requests and reports
- May support team workloads and may assist with quality audits and projects as needed
- Identify root causes of errors and report researcher error trends and process improvements to supervisor
- May assist with process related questions received from team and department

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Very good command of English (min C1)
- No prior experience required
- High school or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidentiality Standards
- Keen to learn
- Basic Knowledge of multiple fulfillment processes
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills
