Position: Architect/Interior Designer

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design Course
- Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in the field
- Prior experience leading projects and managing teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster team collaboration

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee architectural/interior design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Create design proposals, presentations, and detailed drawings using relevant software
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners to maintain project timelines and budgets

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
