**Core responsibilities**
- **Content creation**: Write short-form LinkedIn posts daily around pain points, stories, objections, social proof, and “why book” angles; adapt voice and structure to existing brand.
- **LinkedIn messaging**: Draft 3-5 personalized DM templates, run daily outreach to warm and new audiences, and track replies and call bookings in a simple sheet/CRM.
- **Lead magnets**:Draft concise checklists/PDFs (e.g., top mistakes, revenue leaks), coordinate with design for formatting, and support basic distribution via posts and DMs.
- **Funnel hygiene**: Suggest clear CTAs, add testimonials and urgency elements to landing pages, and propose copy tweaks to improve clarity and booking rates (no heavy dev work).

**Day-to-day**
- Write and publish 1 LinkedIn post on weekdays using an approved calendar and swipe files; log performance and notes.
- Send a set number of personalized DMs daily, prioritize warm leads, and flag positive replies for scheduling; maintain a clean tracker.

**Skills and qualities**
- Strong short-form writing, clear structure, and CTA-focused thinking; comfortable iterating from feedback and examples.
- Mindset: Flexible, proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling tasks in a small team; asks clarifying questions and ships consistently.

**Nice to have (not required)**
- Basic understanding of A/B hooks, social proof usage, and urgency framing; simple ad copy drafting under guidance.
- Exposure to landing page builders or CMS and lightweight image tools (e.g., Canva) for quick mockups with design support.

**Growth and learning**

**Hiring criteria**
- 0-2 years relevant experience in content writing, social media, or junior marketing roles; portfolio or samples required, even if academic or personal.
- Writing test: 1 short LinkedIn post, 1 DM variation, and a 150-word landing section rewrite from a supplied brief to assess clarity and tone fit.

**Compensation and setup**
- Entry-level compensation is aligned with early-career profiles, with scope to grow responsibilities and pay as output and outcomes improve.
- Simple KPIs, weekly reviews, and structured templates to reduce ambiguity and accelerate learning while keeping accountability clear.

Pay: ₹10,536.08 - ₹25,814.27 per month
