**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage architectural projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client requirements are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and designs.
- Oversee and supervise the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with their vision.
- Monitor and control the project’s budget, schedule, and resources, identifying potential risks and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with contract administration and documentation, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits for stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination or project management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction practices, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in sustainable or eco-friendly architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
