**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients or team members to determine design requirements and project goals.
- Develop and create visually engaging content that aligns with client objectives and brand identities.
- Select and manipulate appropriate images, fonts, and other design elements to enhance the visual impact of designs.
- Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to produce polished final designs.
- Present design concepts to clients or team members and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
