Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location:Laxmi Nagar Delhi
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to close sales.
Customer Service**: Ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Key Competencies:
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer queries and objections.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
