**CRM and Reservation Executive**

**THE COMPANY**:TriWorld Capita is a Kochi-based Company with offices in Kochi & Dubai. It has diversified interests in Realty, Hotels & Resorts, Sports, FMCG, Tours & Fractional investments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for Hotel and Local Reservations.
- Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.
- Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
- Responsible for recording company rates both in system and correspondence file.
- Ensure special handling of repeats guests and very VIP guests.
- Monitor and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales Department and Sales Head.
- Revenue generations through Booking and Generations.
- Reference sales from existing customers.
- Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel's policy.
- Review room booking for long stay suites and special group request.
- All Admin related works for Club Mirth including managing the expenses of Club Mirth.
- Post sales - Welcome call, Welcome kit, Welcome mail.
- Tie-ups of new resorts and hotels, including contracts.
- Regular contacts with our existing customers.
- Other job responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree / Diploma
- Minimum 3 year experience.
- Experience in Travel and Tourism.
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.
- Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
