About EduMENTOR

EduMENTOR is amongst Delhi’s largest Test Prep service providers. Spread across 18 branches we mentor more than three thousand five hundred students every year for national level entrances. EduMentor is a counseling support partner to 200+ schools in Delhi.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients and driving sales growth. You will counsel students, parents, and teachers on our latest educational products, build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students, parents, and teachers regarding EduMENTOR's educational products and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue for EduMENTOR branches
- Address student and parent queries, providing solutions and guidance.
- Establish rapport with prospective customers and convert them into clients.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify new customer segments and penetrate the education market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand student and market needs, providing valuable feedback to the product development team.
- Gather market intelligence and inform product development and improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report to the head office.

- West Delhi (Janakpuri, Rajouri Garden, Ramesh Nagar, Patel Nagar, Rajendra Nagar)
- East Delhi (Preet Vihar, Krishna Nagar, Model Town)
- Ghaziabad (RDC Raj Nagar Extension)
- NCR (Noida, Indirapuram)
- Understand various courses and career options.
- Assisting students with information related to different programs and acting as an advisor for their well-being by guiding them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
- Call and identify potential leads.
- Connecting with students and helping them with their future planning.
- Counselling students regarding the course and program selection and also preparing follow up and monitoring progress for all the students assigned.
- Prepare, enter data into the software and ensure its accuracy.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
