**Job Title**: SMO Intern (Freshers)
**Location**: Panchkula Sec 20

**Job Type**: Internship (Full-time)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms **(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).**:

- Click high-quality photos and capture engaging moments for social media content.
- Edit and enhance photos for better visual appeal.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to optimise campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
- Optimise social media profiles and content to improve visibility and reach.
- Analyse performance metrics using tools like **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social media analytics tools.**:

- Assist in running **paid social media campaigns** and A/B testing.
- Research and implement trending **hashtags, keywords, and SEO strategies** for better engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling visuals and copy.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic photography skills with an understanding of angles, lighting, and editing.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design software is a plus.**:

- Basic understanding of **SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics.**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
