**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise academic batches to ensure consistent progress and quality and efficiency in operations
- Track and analyze students' academic performance through regular Monitoring of students, proactively identify and address student issues and challenges, implement timely interventions and support mechanisms.
- Supervision of classroom operations, Data Management and Crosschecking.
- Maintaining Regular Communication with Parents, conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss students' progress, address concerns, and provide counselling on academic and behavioral issues.
- Assisting in all Operations of the Institute including (but not limited to) Class Operations, Test Planning and Conduction, Parents’ Teachers Meeting etc.
- Assisting in Admission Process, Onboarding Support and Operations of Online Education (if needed)
- Basic Counselling of Students and Parents
- Performing conscientiously and honestly all duties and responsibilities incidental to your employment; such other duties and responsibilities; as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.
