Key Responsibilities
- **Graphic Design**: Create eye-catching visuals for social media, digital ads, presentations, and other promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- **Video Editing and Post-Production**: Edit and refine video content, adding transitions, effects, and sound to create professional and engaging videos.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with client objectives.
- **File Management and Organization**: Organize and maintain graphic and video assets for efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review all content for quality, including resolution, color balance, and audio synchronization, before final delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Educational Background**: Any degree or diploma in a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
- **Creative Eye and Detail Orientation**: Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to convey stories and messages visually.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong ability to work as part of a team and convey creative ideas effectively.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Digital Media Awareness**: Basic understanding of trends in graphic design, social media, and video production.

Preferred (But Not Required)
- Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, or basic animation.
- Familiarity with sound design and audio editing.
- Portfolio or examples of graphic design and video editing work (including academic or personal projects).
