Production Line Supervisor

Rajkot Gujarat, India aditi toys pvt. ltd. Full time

Plan and coordinate the activities of workers who assemble, fabricate, and inspect wooden toys.
- Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure the assembly team follows established safety protocols
- Monitor quality control standards and ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot any production issues and facilitate corrective action **Supervise the assembly team and provide guidance and support**:

- Create and maintain necessary production documentation and Prepare production all MIS reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of materials and parts
- Liaise with other departments and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of assembly techniques and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Teach staff about their job duties, company policy, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
