We are looking for an SEM expert to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities.

The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing, Facebook & Instagram as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful SEM Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.

**Responsibilities-**
- Manage PPC efforts on Google Ads, Facebook ads.
- Expand advertising campaigns to drive continued growth in a high-performing marketing channel.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to seamlessly execute Paid Search campaigns.
- Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc.
- Learn the business. Understand services to build effective keyword/campaign strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team to develop their individual growth and success.
- Responsible for crafting and implementing PPC strategies.
- Optimize campaigns using Web Analytics tools and provide insights to management.
- Communicate any roadblocks in the performance of campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook ads.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Proficiency with ad platforms such as Google, Facebook.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Understanding of performance marketing best practices and current trends.
- General passion and excitement towards the Paid Search channel.
- 2+ years of Performance Marketing Experience
- 2+ Years of Ecommerce Experience
- Google Ads / Facebook Ads Certified

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
