**Experience **:3-6 years
- Plan and execute parental line breeding both CMS and Restorer as per the segment requirement.
- Train the team member for effective execution of program.
- Visit Market to understand the demand of various stake holders and ability to plan breeding program accordingly.
- Lay-outing of various in-house trials and execute the same with joint collaboration with Jr. Breeder.
- Organize land and other infrastructure to carry out breeding operations.
- Resource planning and their arrangement and assure proper execution of program.

**Skills Set**:

- Passion for doing new thing and hardcore engagement in field and field related activities is the key for this position.
- Knowledge on rice germplasm and its various breeding techniques.
- Knowledge to conduct Hybrid Seed production from TC1 to Pas 5
- Knowledge to conduct Seeds Production Research.
