PGT - Financial Markets Management (FMM)

**Location**: Vardhman International School
**Reporting To**: Academic Coordinator / Principal
**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹55,000 per month
**Age Range**: 30-45 years
**Notice Period**: Up to 30 days
**Gender**: Open (female preferred, if applicable)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Financial Markets Management (FMM)** to Classes 11th & 12th as per CBSE/NISM curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as capital markets, mutual funds, securities, and investment basics
- Prepare students for **NISM certification** and ensure curriculum compliance
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and provide constructive feedback
- Use real-world market examples and simulations to enhance classroom learning
- Maintain academic records, student performance reports, and discipline
- Participate in career counselling, finance-related school events, and parent-teacher interactions
- Stay updated with current financial trends, SEBI guidelines, and integrate them into teaching
- Collaborate with peers for integrated teaching methods and inter-disciplinary learning

**Requirements**:

- **Postgraduate degree** in Commerce, Finance, or Economics
- **B.Ed.** is **mandatory**:

- **NISM certification or capital market exposure** preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in finance
- Strong communication, classroom engagement, and practical demonstration skills
- Proficiency in using smart teaching aids and digital tools
