Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain boilers and related equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation
- Monitor boiler operations, including temperature, pressure, and fuel consumption, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on boilers and related equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations, and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent equipment damage or personal injury
- Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including those related to boiler operations, hazardous materials, and air quality
- Train and supervise other boiler operators and production staff on safe and effective boiler operations
- Assist with other production operations as needed

Job Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma/12th pass with a certification as a boiler operator
- 2-4 years of experience as a certified boiler operator in the metals and chemicals manufacturing industry
- Thorough knowledge of boiler operations and related equipment, including pumps, valves, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality control systems and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing industry
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
