**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Management**:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and manage stock levels of clinic supplies and cosmetic products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and track deliveries.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and waste.
- Optimize stock storage and organization for efficient access and use.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless integration of accounting and inventory functions.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support the clinic manager with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position based at the clinic.
- Standard working hours with occasional flexibility required.
