The Corporate Legal Team is responsible for handling all corporate governance matters and regulatory obligations affecting TechnipFMC plc and its subsidiaries and joint venture companies globally. Job Description - **RESPONSIBILITIES**: **With respect to the paralegal’s entities portfolio (as noted above)**: - Manage Corporate Governance and Compliance: Oversee corporate obligations, ensure entities are in good standing, and maintain officer and director slates in accordance with corporate policies and jurisdictional requirements. - Coordinate and Document Corporate Activities: Organize directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, draft and prepare necessary corporate documentation, and manage corporate records and databases. - Support Transactions and Legal Operations; Assist legal, compliance, finance, and tax teams with various transactions (e.g., M&A activities, financings, restructurings) and corporate administrative tasks (e.g., dividends, share capital reductions), including notarizations, filings, and corporate governance documentation. - You are meant for this job if: **REQUIREMENTS**: - BA/BS or equivalent - Paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program preferred. - Minimum 5 years working as a Corporate Paralegal or entities management specialist; in-house and/or top-tier law firm experience preferred. - Experience with entities management, corporate governance, and sustainability reporting. - Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. - Must be proficient in written and verbal English language. - Qualified Company Secretary from Indian Institute of Company Secretaries. - Experience working with Serengeti Legal Tracker, hCue. - Competencies Competencies Act with Agility Adopt a Growth Mindset Demonstrate Customer Intimacy Drive Accountability Additional Skills **SKILLS** - High level of maturity, independent judgement, adaptability, and professionalism, including the ability to remain calm and productive under pressure. - Possesses a positive "can-do" attitude and strong sense of ownership over duties and responsibilities; proactively assumes responsibility and consistently delivers quality work on time while managing multiple priorities. - Self-motivated and able to work well both as a team and independently. - Superior attention to detail and organization skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to effectively interface with various internal and external parties, including senior management and Board members. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change. - Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize complex matters succinctly and accurately. - Skills **Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
