**Job Overview**

Key Responsibilities

**1. Talent Acquisition Strategy**:

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
- Build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

**2. End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Work closely with top-level management to understand talent requirements and organizational goals.
- Partner with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and role specifications.

**4. Employer Branding**:

- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting Indoswift as an employer of choice.

**5. Data-Driven Recruitment**:

- Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress and market insights.

**Key Qualifications and Requirements**
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or human resources in service sector in India and International.
- Management Assistance: Proven experience in assisting top-level management with strategic hiring and planning.

**- Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment trends and talent markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
