**Quality Executive/Auditor profile.**

As a Quality Auditor for our US based sales process, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales calls, and interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will play an essential role in maintaining and improving the quality of our sales operations while providing valuable feedback to sales representatives and managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Quality Audits**:

- Regularly monitor & evaluate recorded sales calls and live interactions to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Identify areas of improvement in sales representatives' communication, product knowledge, adherence to sales scripts and overall customer experience.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular audits of sales processes, documentation, and customer interactions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain quality standards and benchmarks for sales performance.
- **Feedback and Coaching**:

- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives based on audit findings.
- Collaborate with sales managers to create development plans for improving individual and team performance.
- **Report & Analysis**:

- Analyze data and generate reports summarizing audit results, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- **Compliance Monitoring**:

- Stay updated with industry regulations and company policies to ensure sales activities comply with all relevant guidelines.
- Report any compliance violations or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
- **Training & Development**:

- Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance sales representative’s understanding of quality standards and improve their performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar quality assurance or audit role within a sales environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of US sales regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Proficiency in using call monitoring software and office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
