**Roles & Responsibilties**:
ACCOUNTABILITIES RESPONSIBILITIES To provide the support and assisting in the Lab for safe experimental work - Calibration of instruments in the engineering lab. - To perform scale-up experiments (mixing, crystallization, filtration etc) and to conduct hazard studies (RC1e, DSC, ARC etc) keeping safety as a priority. - To perform experiments related to troubleshooting of plant problems. To prepare proper documentation and follow predefined SOPs - Documentation of all scale-up and hazard studies. - To maintain the data of all the studies conducted in Process engg. Lab. - To follow SOPs during handling of all the equipment’s in the lab. Maintain Inventory management & General maintenance in the Lab - Maintenance of Laboratory - Equipment, Apparatus, Chemicals’ stock - Communicate need for Basic chemicals, Spares, PPSs etc. to reporting manager and follow up with Store and purchase department. - Daily maintain the gas cylinder records.
