**HIRING ON **AN **URGENT BASIS **
**Urgent Opening **
**Air ticketing executive (International & Domestic process)**
Issue **tickets, **make **PNR, **handle clients **over the phone**
**Communication skills are must.**
**#Must have knowledge of Galileo/ Amadeus (prefer Galileo knowledge)**
**Must know how to do Issue, Reissue, Cancel Tickets.**
**Excellent communication skills**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing according** **needs of different clients**:
- **Resolving client’s complaint and escalations whenever required.**:
- **Supervise** **the work of office, administrative and customer service employees** **to ensure adherence to** **quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.**:
- **Issuing tickets and other relevant documents**:
- **Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies**:
- **Maintaining** **daily productivity report of agents.**:
- **Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation, flight information and Marketing schemes**
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Minimum 2year Experience required in same field.
GALILEO & AMADEUS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
