**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Create and manage cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are serviced promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored appropriately.
- Address any client concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Report maintenance issues and the need for repairs to management.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.

**Requirements:

- **
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
