Dear All,

one of our clients urgently looking for BIW Fixture Design Engineers.

**Position Summary**:

- Work Independently on BIW fixtures, and Grippers; 3D Concept Design, 3D finishing, 2D detailing, BOM, and Documentation.
- Work on Concept Designs with simple to the complex unit building, Weld study, Gun study, layout knowledge, process sheet, etc.
- Conduct QA/QC exercises independently including tool review and validation.
- Work on DAG standards in NX using Daimler Toolkit.
- Work on BOM software for different OEM (KSL/SLE/FM-Stueli/Excel)

**Skills required**:

- BIW Tool Design (Fixtures/Grippers/Other Equipment)
- BIW assembly process Knowledge
- Automotive Manufacturing Domain Knowledge
- Software Skills
- UG NX
- Content Writing
- Video Making
- English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
