**Position**: Accounts Assistant
**Location**: Surat (Piplod)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize physical and digital accounting documents
- Assist in preparing and updating invoice files, payment receipts, and expense records
- Ensure accurate filing of purchase orders, delivery challans, and vendor bills
- Scan, label, and archive financial documents as per company protocols
- Cross-check document entries with accounting software for accuracy
- Help in maintaining records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents
- Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial records

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Graduation is Mandatory.
