**Job description**

**Job Title**: Data Management Executive

**Salary**: ₹28,000 - ₹33,000 in hand
**Experience**: 2-4 years
**Age**: 25-35 years
**Joining**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Custom Forms**: Create and manage Google Forms, including prefilled forms, tailored to business needs.
- **Data Management**: Organize and manage data effectively in Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- **MIS Support**: Handle daily queries related to MIS (Management Information System) and assist internal teams.
- **Google Sheets Optimization**: Implement and optimize Google Sheets for multi-user access, linking spreadsheets where required.
- **Process Improvement**: Streamline business functions into efficient processes using Google Sheets.
- **MIS Reporting**: Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports, providing regular updates to management.
- **Advanced Google Sheets**: Utilize advanced functions for data handling and automation within Google Sheets.
- **Data Visualization**: Integrate Google Sheets with Google Data Studio to create visual dashboards and reports.
- **Document Management**: Maintain the company’s FMS (Facility Management System), checklist, and delegation sheets.

**Key Skills**:

- **MIS Reporting**: Expertise in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
- **KRAs & Scorecards**: Ability to create scorecards and key result areas (KRAs).
- **Google Sheets Automation**: Proficiency in automating tasks within Google Sheets.
- **Data Visualization**: Experience with Google Data Studio for creating dashboards and reports.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience in maintaining dashboards (MD Dashboard) and creating EM scoring sheets.
- Ability to handle tasks related to **FMS** and **Dashboard management**.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
